Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds: There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Exchanges: No ticket exchanges available after your selected performance starts. Other exchanges can be made ahead of time by contacting the box office at oneeleventheatre@gmail.com, subject line: Ticket Exchange
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (One Eleven Theatre Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
