Green Room Parent

Description: Help monitor green room noise, provide quiet activities for kids to do, and help get kids lined up for each of their entrances.

Requirements: Must be a parent/guardian of a child in the cast and approved by the Stage Manager or Director. Arrive at Call Time with your child, and stay til after the show. May attend the show for free at another performance.

Sell Concessions

Description: Food Concessions: Sell food an hour before show, during intermission and for 15 min after show. May watch the show at no charge.

Requirements: Be there one hour prior to showtime, til 15 minutes after the show ends. Dress code: Dressy casual. Please no graphic tees or ripped jeans, etc.

Sell Merchandise

Description: Merchandise Concessions: Sell merchandise an hour before show, during intermission and for 15 min after show. May watch the show at no charge.

Requirements: Be there one hour prior to showtime, til 15 minutes after the show ends. Dress code: Dressy casual. Please no graphic tees or ripped jeans, etc.

Box Office

Description: Box Office: Sell show tickets an hour before the show. May watch the show at no charge. Familiarity with computers & websites is a plus!

Information Table

Description: One Eleven Information Table: Preferably someone familiar with the company and what we do. An hour before show, during intermission, and 15 min after show you will need to hang out at the table and answer questions about One Eleven and offer information about our youth summer camp. May watch the show at no charge.

Security

Description: Security: Make sure patrons are not going backstage from the lobby. Stay in the lobby during the show and ensure security of the food and merchandise. Show up an hour before show and stay for 20 min after. May choose another date to watch the show at no charge.

Ticket-Taker

Description: Ticket Takers: Check and tear tickets at one of the 3 entrances to the auditorium. Show up 45 mins before the show. May stay and watch the show at no charge.

Requirements: Be there 45 minutes prior to showtime until the show starts. Dress code: Dressy casual. Please no graphic tees or ripped jeans, etc.

Playbill-Giver

Description: Hand out Playbills: Hand out playbills at one of the 3 entrances to the auditorium. Show up 45 min before the show. May stay and watch the show at no charge. (May be a child, if paired with an adult Ticket Taker.)

Usher

Description: Ushers: Assist patrons as needed. Ensure no food or drink comes into the auditorium before the show or during intermission. Show up 45 min before the show and stay for 20 min after to help clean up auditorium, picking up trash and programs. May watch the show at no charge.
